The Abutment tooth of Fixed Bridge almost always gets deacyed and develpoes Periodontal disease ( The reson being because Patient is not meticulous in cleaning under the Fixed bridge) . The decayed and Periodontally affected Abutment teeth at last needs to be extracted and the another bridge needs to be fabricated by grinding another set of present teeth .
